Avis Budget Group, Inc. (CAR), one of our swing trades, on Wednesday popped 1.20, or 4%, to 32.83, reaching new rally highs at 33.80, on 2.4 million shares traded. The volume picked up a little bit. It stills looks good and I think it’s going higher, depending on the market, of course. I’m expecting a retest of the 36-36 1/2 level.
CRISPR Therapeutics AG (CRSP) broke out of a beautiful, 6-week coil on Wednesday, jumping 5.72, or 6%, to 100.64, with a session high of 105.12, on 2.8 million shares traded. I think it’s headed to 118, and then maybe 130 plus.
iRhythm Technologies, Inc. (IRTC) popped out of a falling flag on Wednesday, exploding for a mere 32.92, or 19%, to 208.30, with a session high of 211.22, on 1.7 million shares traded. It might be testing short term the 18 area, maybe even as early as Thursday.
Catasys, Inc. (OTRK), formally CATS, one of our swings back in Mar-Apr, did very well as it came down, based out, and broke out again on Wednesday, gaining 11.78, or 22%, to 65.33, with a session high of 67.76, and another 75 cents in after-hours, on1.8 million shares traded. I think there’s a possibility this stock could make it to 80.
Quanterix Corporation (QTRX) swing is on its way after popping and pulling back for three days in a falling wedge on lower volume, the OBV and volume moved up on Wednesday. It popped 1.43, or 4%, to 36.42, with a session high of 37.68, on 479,362 shares traded. I don’t think it’s done yet, although it is at the top of the channel.
YRC Worldwide Inc. (YRCW) is working great! The declining topsline and double top had been taken out, it ran up, popped and consolidated for a few days, and on Wednesday it had a really good day, gaining 45 cents, or 11%, to 4.69, with a session high of 4.73, on 2.4 million shares traded. At least it had a little better volume and the OBV is moving up. I expect this stock to go to 5 3/4, and then maybe even 7-8, or somewhere in that range.
