A window says it is detached and I can not get it backPlease logout and try rebooting your computer. If that doesn't work, please go to "Windows Display" in the top menu and make sure the checkbox is selected for what ever window you want to see.
If that's selected and yet the window doesn't appear on the page nor as a pop-up, please check the tabs on your browser to be sure it isn't opened in a tab.
If not, then there should be a link on your page (where the window would normally be) that says "click here to reset the window on the page."
Finally, if that doesn't work, please try deleting your cookies.

There are some known issues with Flash Player version 11.04 32bit for Windows wherein you click different places in the chat and it causes it to freeze. The solution is to upgrade to the 64bit version if you are running a 64bit operating system. If you are still on a 32bit operating system please contact us.
To determine if you have a 64bit operating system, you can follow this article by Microsoft as figuring out which bit version of Windows you are running is different based on which version of Windows you own.
You can download the latest version of Flash here. You can downgrade your version of flash here, but that is not suggested as flash is the #1 reason why people's computers get hacked on the internet and keeping up with security patches is highly recommended.
